Who are we? Operational Intelligence are data centre specialists who offer services to help our clients reduce risk and energy consumption.
What are we going to do with your information? When you share personal details with us we may contact you with information that may be of interest to you including information about our services.
Who will it be shared with? We will not share your information outside of our organisation without your permission. When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. The information that you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside of the EU. By way of example, this may happen if any of our servers are from time to time located in a country outside of the EU. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the UK. By submitting your personal data, you are agreeing to this transfer, storing or processing. If we transfer your information outside of the EU in this way, we will take steps to ensure that appropriate security measures are taken with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected, as outlined in this Policy.
We use MailChimp as a data processor; processing activities performed by MailChimp: collection (e.g., via sign-up forms) and storage of personal data (e.g., within our MailChimp account in order to allow the creation and use of distribution lists, sending marketing email campaigns), and the transfer of personal data to certain of MailChimp’s sub-processors (who, as described in their Data Processing Agreement, perform some critical services, such as helping MailChimp prevent abuse and providing support to our customers).
